Introudction of Sliding Sleeve
The Sliding Sleeve is a kind of subsurface tools applied for well completion service in oil well. The sliding sleeve is operated to switches tubing and casing annulus, which can be opened and closed by wireline tools. The sliding sleeve is the layer exploitation tools during the well completion in Oil&Gas well.
Features of Sliding Sleeve
- The sliding sleeve adopt large drift diameter design to provide sufficient flow area.
- The sliding mandrel of the SSD is equipped with balance port to equalize the pressure of the oil and sleeve in order to prevent seal from damage.
- There are three lock mechanism limitations to be opened, closed and balanced.
- The material of the sliding sleeve body is AISI 4140,4130,13Cr and Inconel.
- Upper joint of the sliding sleeve door has a standard F-type profile
- Suitable for the standard wireline working.
- “D” type opens in the downward direction, “U” type opens in the upward direction
